Best option for an undecided teen?

    Good move! One day, he will be glad you did that. Tell your son I'm jealous of him. I live a 10-minute walk from a community college and the comings and goings of my life just won't permit me to attend :(

    Although I'm happy with being a DL student, my heart cries out for B&M. Maybe one day... :)

    Make sure to check out the schools policy for transfer and for CLEP. Your son might be able to get a collection of credits before he enrolls and during vacations so that he can graduate early.

    Thanks Maniac.
    They're actually the local site for sitting for the CLEPS so I'm sure they accept that. I hadn't thought about transferring of credits though. Thanks.

    Just a quick update and thanks to all who gave advice. My son enrolled in the local CC yesterday (4 gen ed courses.)
    So for the first time ever everyone in my house (7) is enrolled in school.
    Now i just have to get the three already out of the house to go back. :)
