Now it seems Dr. Dolly, the "mimic-me" power behind the old (and new but never enhanced) Berne University has moved it to Italy and now calls it Bernelli University. Visit it at http://www.bernelli.edu and realize why even the current Berne Alumni are irate!

It is my goal to one day go to Israel (and a dozen other countries). I bought the tour book. I've planned my trip. I've been to various meetings about what to see and do when I get there. I've applied for a passport which is the first step to my trip. I've talked with people at the embassy.

I think they can say it -- maybe it will happen too -- about the time I get to Israel (and the other dozen countries on my list)
    :D

No, they were in St Kitts-Nevis. Perhaps they couldn't comply with Kittitian accreditation requirements (such as they are). Bernelli? Molinari is more like it. I mean, if they wanted an "Italian" sounding name, why not use the "uni" president's name. After all, if you're wacky enough to call yourself pres of this outfit and prate on and on and on about graduating in a castle, why not just rename the hoolerei after yourself while you're at it?

I wonder what the real uni in Trentino (at Bozen/Bolzano) thinks of this silliness. Nah. I don't really. I think I know.

Just looked through website. This is truly pathetic. Chances of even legal survival in Italy are dim (remember Italy declared the Swiss "free university" degrees ILLEGAL), and aanybody with a body temperature above freezing knows that mere legality ain't squat. I notice the chairman of the bored is a Switzer. Whaddya bet they hop the border?

This is the best Italian fiction since King Tomislav II of NDH Croatia.

The same reason you post incoherent crap: posturing, egotism, stupidity.

It will facing similar case like Irish International U that the Ireland government had ask for government action again IIU in Malaysia to ask them to cease operation.

High risk to enrol compare to enrol with HI u (for those who achieve minimum standard) that at least they will not involve the local government to take action again them.

I agree it's too much -- they think it gives them some legitimacy -- but all they have said is that they want it.

We are back to buyer beware.

    And the $500! my goodness.

What a sad end run for Berne!

They just look like a mom and pop store trying more to promote their other 'good works' rahter than serious education. Oh, and the castle bit is truely pathetic. Reminds you a bit of the outfit on Norfolk Island...minus the good works!

The decision to move from St Kitts is regretable. But then again, maybe they had no choice. Something about when push comes to shove...
