    Just read in the local papers today that scores of Malaysians had "graduated" from BIU. Is this university for real or otherwise?

    It has operated from Australia in the past - see my paper for a brief commmentary.

    At one time they posted an agreement with Lincoln University in Northen CA for mutual recognition and award of
    dual degrees i.e. BIU and Lincoln.

    The Lincoln University is NA.

    Yes, I do recall this. Any evidence to suggest that it actually existed?

    My letters and email to Lincoln were unanswered, when I called them the rep had no idea who am I talking about and never heard of BIU. He promissed to run it by dean and others but I never heard from him and I never called to follow up.
