Not to mention Moses' publishing insight...he started thousands of years ago with just a few lines written on a couple of slabs of stone and he's still getting orders for the book edition.

That's because he was smart enough to get a Scottish agent.

I refer, of course, to King James the Sixth of Scotland (whom the English insist on calling King James the First of England).

The Bears' Guides are available at Amazon again. I even got an Amazon ad for one when I searched on Google for "John Bear".

Whether or not it should be, isn't your book considered a seasonal item assumed to sell according to the academic cycle?

What about Barnes and Noble.com? I didn't have a problem when I got the book from them. Besides, I think they were a little cheaper than Amazon.

Shouldn't that be "Tyre?" Lorries have tyres.

During the years I was selling the book myself by mail, our best month was always, inexplicably, December. That was also the best month for selling Heriot-Watt MBA courses. We figured it might have something to do with new year's resolutions. Apart from December (and January), sales were pretty much evenly distributed over the other 10 months.
