    CCBapt,

Yes, I do plan on pursuing graduate studies after I complete my BA. Though, the question remains as to what I'm going to study! I've narrowed it down to the following three choices:

    1. MA in Bioethics
    2. MPH (Masters in Public Health)
    3. MA in Psychology

One important factor that will likely influence my decision, is the fact that my company may not provide tuition reimbursement for all three options.

BTW, a "D.O." is a Doctor of Osteopathy, and holds the same privledges as an M.D. An "O.D." is a Doctor of Optometry and of course as such cannot work as a Psychiatrist (unless they went back to school to obtain either an M.D. or a D.O.!).

Good luck with whatever path you decide to follow.

    - Tom

Is your undergraduate BA from an accepted school? Believe it or not the Carib. schools won't necessarily accept online education.

    Wow!

Thanks - everyone for the great information so far.

    Some current comments and clarifications-

My BA IS from a 'SACS' accretited school.
However, I had LOW science such as chemistry. I do have some math and stopped short of taking Calculus, no physics.

I did mean 'Doctor of Osteopathy' - I got it wrong in previous post. I like the holistic aspect of their tretment perspective.
Although I am finding out that no med school outside of the US seems to have this.

I am still exploring the Physician Assistant route.

deanhughson- thanks for the links on postbaccalaureate - I am exploring them now.

Ted Heiks - that is - of course - an assumption I am making that
"..... a PsyD/PhD (psychologist) with a post-doctoral MA Psychopharmacology who lives in a state where psychologists are allowed limited prescription-writing priviliges for psychiatric drugs be able to make a salary more like that of a psychiatrist if he did mass quantities of med consults?" ( Please excuse if I 'cut & paste'. I am learning my way around.)
