I am familiar with a private local college that offers a combined degree in education for those interested in teaching. As a returning student wanting to complete both my BA and continue with an MA, I am interested in knowing if anyone has researched this and found colleges offering degrees such as this?

No male undergrads allowed! Still a fantastic school! www.converse.edu

Looks like terrific school. Thank you. From what I read, however, only certain courses were offered online. Looking to complete degree fully online.

While I can see certain advatantages to a combined BA/MA -- I'd think it would still be more practical (if not much faster) to keep the prgrams seperate and use the likes of Excelsior, TESC, or COSC for the BA.

Unless the program gives some advantage to speed the MA, its probably quicker and likely easier to seperate the two degrees.

It also gives you the advantage of more choices in major/concentration...

    Just a thought.

Benedictine University in suburban Chicago has a classroom BA/MA completion program in psychology that really speeds up the MA. Unfortunately does not seem to have any online component. Their MBA is online, and they have empty links for future "Distance Learning" grad school content, so it sounds promising but not too helpful in the hear and now.
