I am considering attending Aspen University for the Information Technology Master Degree.

Could anyone give me information about the quality and difficulty of that program?

Also, I have found that a previous school by the name Aspen University was a degree mill. I realise that Aspen was known as ISIM during that time. My question is- Will an employer realise that Aspen is not a degree mill, especally when Bears Guide 15th edition list Aspen as a degree mill. (And it list ISIM as a credible school)

Final question.... Will an employer recoginize this degree the same as a Masters degree from a Regonally Accredited school?

Thanks in advance for any imput you can give me. This feedback will help me in my decision making process.

    Acredition Question

Never mind about the DETC vs RA part of that question. I have found some awnsers to that.

I am mostly just wanting to know about Aspens Quality and information on the Masters Program in Information Systems.

    Thanks

As for your employer - YMMV.

ISIM/Aspen has a good reputation. The fact it's listed on CHEA is a plus and it caters to the professional government employee. It is not regionally accredited - but it's accreditation thru the DETC is a bit confusing for many and can work in your favor.

If you think RA might be a factor down the road - get an RA degree.

I am an MBA student at Aspen and have found it to be a good school. I am done almost all my courses and am starting my Capstone Project in March. Looking forward to graduating by the end of this summer!! :D
