    The Burlington Free Press just ran an ad for "Union Institute & University" to fill a positon in the Education Faculty.
    UI&U had it printed UI&U. Clearly they want the "&" at this time.
    They announced earlier that they plan a ph.d. in education. But, this faculty position is for the masters in education program.
