I would like to apologise to members of degreeinfo.com for my rather boorish behaviour as of late. While I am extremely proud of Athabasca University, and of distance education is general, as somebody who is supposed to "know better" by virtue of seeking higher education, my posts were much less than collegial, and they certainly were not conducive to constructive criticism and informed debate. While flamers will exist, I am not better than them if I sink to the point where I resort to name calling. I hope that you will be able to accept my apology, because I think that we all have the interests of distance education near and dear to each of our hearts.
    Respectfully,

    Darren L. Kereluk

No idea what you are talking about. Nonetheless, we have all gotten testy from time to time or slipped up.

I do note you are from Saskatchewan. I was orginally a fellow prairie dweller (Saskatoon).

Good university at the U of S, but at 15% tuition increases in each of the last two years, I will stick with AU. Maybe it's time to sell the "President's House" to raise some extra cash! ;)

We are polite to a fault.

However, a medic friend in the army said that the Canadian soldiers he worked with thought their stuff smelled like roses.
