Certainly, anyone who had any inkling of this demonic plan had a Moral and ethical obligation to notify authorities. Do retired LEOs have a higher or even legal obligation to notify?

These allegations are especially troubling. I have already read conspiracy theorists suggest the (retired) LEOs mentioned here, recruited and coordinatedthis shooter and murders.

So ... Where Am I incorrect? 'Mexican' is indeed a nationality.

Again, Mexicans are of a multitude of ethnicities. They are Snowy White with blue eyes, Black, indigenous, Mestizo, ect. I put forth the thought that neither you, nor anyone else can look at any individual and state with 100 percent accuracy whether or not that person is Mexican.

What Rich is saying is that in the states near the Mexican border with US populations that have a large percentage of Hispanics, it is very common to say Mexican when it might be more correct to say Hispanic. Probably even more likely to say Mexican than Hispanic.

That's true though out the mid- Atlantic states too. My point is still there is not only just one Mexican ethnicity. It's also ironic to me in the United States when we say Hispanic that we rarely are thinking about the peoples of the Iberian Peninsula.
