This was also the argument used by the owner of Rockwell College in Toledo, when a death threat was phoned to me from their phone. Said owner told AT&T and the authorities that the phone on his desk could be used by anybody, and it must have been done when he stepped out for a moment.

 

Indeed, John. The guy left for 48 seconds to grab a cup of coffee, at which time a death threat terrorist invades the vacant office, randomly calls one Dr. John Bear, and utters death threats. Umm huh, yea!
