I noticed this on the web. Are there any business/legal experts who can interpret just what this means?

Well, maybe Einstein is wrong? This particular "Daniel Taylor, PhD, MD, etc. etc.," when sending email which identifies his location as St. Petersburg, Russia uses a computer which is accorded the very same IP address as that used by Richard J. Hoyer, PhD, MD, EdD, ec. etc. to send emails. So there's a Rochester-St. Petersburg wormhole involved, unless there's some other kind of monkey business going on.
