I wrote an email to the Alternative Medicine Research Institute (http://www.amri-europe.com) for some info, but I received a reply from Herriot-Watt. Why? ------------ Thank you for your interest in the Heriot-Watt University MBA. I have referred your e-mail to Student Services at Financial Times Inc. of New York, who handle enquiries from the US and Canada. I think I can say with certainty that there is no connection between the Financial Times division of Pearson (or Heriot-Watt University) and a Danish alternative medicine institute (whose website is 'under construction'). This is truly a baffling matter. John Bear
I went to this alternative medicine website, sent an e-mail via the link, and received a reply from them. I can only imagine that there was some glitch in your e-mail program, or the address was mistyped, or the link wasn't working correctly. Regards, Michael Lloyd
Of note, on the Heriot-Watt student website this morning, there was a report on e-mail from a University staffer. Due to problems with Internet routers in the UK and with an intra-University mail system in the UK, e-mail all over the UK and elsewhere in Europe, particularly to or from educational institutions, is being misrouted, misdelivered or vanishing into the ether. This may explain your earlier e-mail problem. Regards, Michael Lloyd
