All I know is what you probably know already. They are regionally accredited and offer one of the least expensive RA M.Eds you can find. However, someone mentioned in a thread a few months ago that the school doesn't have the necessary programatic accreditation to be widely accepted. I will try to search out the link to that thread and add it on in an edit. The thread was called, something like, "RA M.Ed for Under 7k"

Would that be NCATE? ACE doesn't have that accreditation, though I'm not familiar enough with the education/teaching system in the US to know how important that is.
