Hello all, I am getting ready for a professor-level interview. From those who have given or been in such interviews, any advice as to what types of questions to expect that may differ from the typical non-academic interview? Any general advice would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I recently wrote an article about adjunct faculty and in my research one of the searches I did was "academic interview questions". There were many resources from a variety of academic institutions that listed typical questions, what to expect and how to conduct the search/interview so you can see it from the other side of the table. I don't have the research with me, but a google search of the words in quotes above should produce similar results. Good luck, Mary A
