could set case precedent While the cases sounds somewhat mundane. If the case goes forward it would continue to bring the internet into comlaince with copyright and contract law. I wonder how a companies bookkeeping can be so allegedly poor. But then some companies thrived on allegedly poor accounting practices Worldcom, enron etc. All the best!
