Are they legitimate?

They have no contact phone number.

Their website is registered in Virginia although they are in Tennessee.

They don't seem to be listed in any Nashville directory.

The executive officer is Alexander Horwitz, MD at 615-327-2984.

It looks more like a professional credentialing program for practicioners who perform Function Capacity Evaluations than it does any kind of higher ed program.
