Hello, I'm posting this for an idea for others. Todays mail included one successful portfolio. REE 101 Please check course description on TESC site. Included in this portfolio were a NJ Realestate license, pictures of properties renovated by my husband and myself, and a narrative of about 3 pages. The rejected portfolio gave exact instructions for improvement. Address each topic as listed in the course description. Hope this helps anyone in the process. I think porfolios that include tangible licenses and certificates are a smoother passage. Hope this weekend brings all some good times. Hille
A friend of mine went to the Weichert Real Estate School in Marlton, NJ and they are trying to get it converted into RA College Credits. The have sold 100's of houses over the years (Including that house Muhammed Ali owned off of Route 73 with the Huge glass front "Great Room." what did you do for the narrative...just explain specific incidences where the knowledge was obtained? Please advise. Thanks. Mike
Hello, This is the way my husband presented his portfolio. Cover sheet, table of contents. notorized copy of real estate license, narrative on how he has used his knowledge. We have a small rental business so he broke down the workings of it in a SMALL narrative.. If he needs any additional information he can he mail us. Have a great day. The real estate portfolio had the quickest turnaround time. Hille
success is nice to hear about Thanks for sharing success. We always seem to hear about schools closing, lack of accreditation, etc. It is nice to see something working. All the best!
