I came across a new (old) program that's been revamped and condensed into 6 courses. I'm a 2015 graduate of Corban University's MBA program. Recently I received communication about their "new" one year MBA program and the differences are significant (including the tuition which is a few thousand less). During my time: Credits: 36 Courses: 12 Course Length: 5 weeks Now: Credits: 30 Courses: 6 Course Length: 8 weeks I haven't seen anything like this since Central Oklahoma's MBA was 7 courses (but those days are long over and I don't know why or what happened). Here's a link to the program requirements: http://media.corban.edu/hydra/media/files/2018/05/21/mba-overview-and-course-descriptions.pdf And for the plug, if anyone is interested, they are offering ONE full scholarship along with a few $1,000 partial scholarships that are applied to the last course: https://www.corban.edu/one-year-mba-2018
5 credit courses? Interesting. It also says that "all" other applicants for the scholarship will get the $1000 applied to their last course. For what it's worth, I love the "scholarship at the end" approach. If I'm ever in a position to create a scholarship, it will be designed that way. Great price and 12 months, nice!
