Curiosity has gotten the better of me. What language is that?

 

I czeched it out.
Coupla quick observations (gotta go to work):
appears to be a subsidiary of the Teufen operation
connected to a St George's University (sic) in Grenada
claims accreditation from some outfit in Tortola BVI
I recall at least one of the profs being connected to Teufen
there may be a cantonal authorization but I missed it just glancing at the site.
