72-credit, non-MDiv, unified degrees

    Some organizations require a master's degree related to religion plus more graduate credit hours to equal 72 semester hours total. Some agencies/organizations require chaplains to have a unified master's degree of at least 72 credits. Aspiring chaplains will normally earn an MDiv, but if someone isn't interested in that degree, there may be other options.
