    I assumed it was going to be "workforce adjustments" to return to pre-pandemic demand, but no, this was a calculated strategy to cut costs in order to keep more profit. I don't know if that gamble will pay off. Interesting indeed.

    2U recently purchased edx, now an Indian Ed firm is looking to buy 2U... Originally for $1 billion, but now they've got up to $2.4 billion if it ever needs to go that high! It's acquisition after acquisition... companies eye others and wanting to merge with the smaller player to get into all sorts of niches and verticals...

    Wow, never heard of Byju, but it owns a product that that I use for the kids, Epic (getEpicDOTcom).
