I'm getting close to finishing up an MS in Information Assurance, and I've been considering law school next, but I'm not sure I'm ready for the LSAT and 4 years of on-campus night school. I've been looking at paralegal certificates with the thought of possibly getting a part-time job, and seeing how I like it before taking the next step. I would much rather go through a 100% online program, but I don't think there are any ABA-approved online programs available yet. Peirce (partially online) and Villanova (on-campus only) are possibilities for me, and are both ABA-approved. Duke's program is 100% online, but not ABA-approved. Considering Duke's good reputation, am I still better off going through an ABA-approved program? Thanks! Steve
Duke is so well known, I think you'd be crazy NOT to go there!! I think most people would consider that more important than ABA membership.
