Hey all, I was on Amazon looking for some books and came across a bunch of ebooks or textbooks for free.
I tried doing another search for "free textbooks for college students" and it came up with another bunch!
You can try a search, it may not be a sale, can be an awesome deal if it remains free for these...

As I don't have a Kindle, I used their browser version at read.amazon.com and tested two downloads, it works!
Note: Kindle Bundle is free, the Kindle Unlimited is NOT, you need to have a Kindle Unlimited membership

Thanks for this. I "bought" a few.

Also of note, among the many low-key included benefits with Amazon Prime is Prime Reading, which gives you access to a large collection of books at no cost. Although it's nowhere near as large of a library as Kindle Unlimited, it's functionally free for people, like me, who would already have a Prime subscription anyway.

This resource helps with some research for my doctoral program. Thanks!

Honestly. You can get just about any book for free on your ereader.

The only problem is that I'm an active reader. I can't get any information downloaded in my brain unless I'm after specific knowledge and can write-in, re-read the page multiple times. If I really want to study a book, I get the tangible thing and I highlight it and write into it.

Too much is as good as nothing as well.

Free college / university texts have been a thing for years. I have some good ones I downloaded in ~2008-2010, IIRC.
Have a look at this page - they have close to 1000. https://open.umn.edu/opentextbooks

I'm sure there are at least a dozen others. Google-fu pays off, here.

I have an uncanny recall for comic book stories starting from the late 60's to present day. Anything academic and I resort to a similar method as yours!
