My sister needs a BA degree fast to keep her job without spending so much money.

I know it sounds unethical but can anyone have the heart to guide her the fastest pace and affordable route?

I keep seeing here options but I’m overwhelmed there is so much info and I just wish someone created a plan for her base on her strengths and weaknesses.

She works full time already and a mother so she is struggling how she is going to make it and the study time that will be required, but she wants this so bad and hopefully be able to find a better opportunity.
    Some facts about her:

-No college credits she can transfer
-She has experience in healthcare - medical - anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, biking - healthcare sciences...( she has knowledge of a nurse base on her experience)

-She also speaks French and some Chinese. Will this help knock out two French clep for more credits???

School she chose is TESU since they’re cheaper and highly recommended base on this site.

She is also not good at math, athough she loves English, writing, and arts .

I hope all this info will enable her to be helped by anyone here.

She would like to complete it 6 months or less (I know this sounds unfair or unethical to most of you, but please understand that she is needs it and hope some CLEP or other exams are already easy for her take??)

    thank and blessings!!!

I'm not sure why it would be unethical but I have a couple of basic suggestions. The first is for you to get your sister to come on over to degreeinfo and register herself so that we don't have to talk through you. It's always easier to talk directly to the person interested in earning the degree. The second thing is that you should take a few minutes and read through some of the threads. Use the search widget. The question you've asked has been asked and answered many times before and you (or your sister) could get started on the process without even asking any questions at all.

I'm also going to suggest that you caution your sister that she's not going to finish in 6 months. It has nothing to do with ethics, it's just got to do with the fact that you can only fit a gallon of water into a gallon jug. It's not going to happen.

I have a feeling her sister may have been here already - see https://www.degreeinfo.com/index.php?threads/ba-online-path-for-busy-single-mom.56404/. There seem to be a few too many similarities to be convenient.

But I have to agree - I can't be bothered with people who are asking questions on behalf of a friend, sibling, or any other third party. If it's important enough for a person to get information, let that person make the inquiry. And if someone has read enough of this forum to know they want to apply to TESU or any other particular program, they've read enough to realize that their fast-easy-cheap goals are unrealistic. Or as Marie Antoinette allegedly said, "Qu'ils mangent de la brioche" (traditionally translated, "Let them eat cake").

Hi Carahearts, there is already a plan I have created for everyone on my Beginner's Guide. I would highly suggest you to copy that spreadsheet/template and use it exactly. There maybe two differences to that I would suggest, do not use NCCRS options such as Coopersmith, Davar, onlinedegree.com just in case they go out of business, there is no registry.

I only recommend ACE which is Sophia, StraighterLine, Study.com etc. The second thing is, add/change two courses - Info Literacy, it's a required course from TESU. And also change one of the UL to the TEEX Death Investigation course as that's non proctored, you can also change a few of the other proctored courses to any TEEX ACE course recommended for credit. You may also want to do the CSMLearn course vs the ALEKS courses.

The templates are on my signature link to the Beginners Guide post #28/#31. TEEX link is here https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...nt-courses - go crazy with these courses as they're cheap and non-proctored.
