How do you send pm's?

I click on profile, but I don't see where you click to send a pm?

 

Look at the words in the red circle. Click on the member's name to bring up this box.

Sometimes on these boards there's more than one way to do things. Here's something I discovered:
First, you have to make sure that you're logged in
Next, you click on the name of the person that you want to contact (under their avatar - - - Abner, you really should get an avatar)
A little Profile Box will pop up. Click on the phrase "Start a Conversation"
So I guess it's no longer "Private Messages" but instead it's "Starting a Conversation."
