    Nope. I'm a Californian, I'd freeze solid if the temperature went below 50 degrees F. (Stop laughing, Canadians.)

    This is certainly distance education though. You have to travel a distance to get to Baffin island in far northern Canada, then you have to travel a distance in terms of inner fortitude to survive out in the wilderness in such a place.

    I guess I'd just have to keep telling myself that the Inuit survived there for thousands of years with nothing more than stone age technology (that's amazing when you think about it), so I could do it with modern survival gear.
