Along with the fact that it has never been stated who created the site, who bruce is, and the recent muzzling of Wes for stating an anti-degree mill stance it is looking suspicous. Peter has degrees from Summit and what other degree mill?

When caught with your hand in the cookie jar, the only responses can be admit, deny, or try to make a joke out of it.

    Hey David H. Wilson
In this thread you say you are out of work with a herniated disc and blood clots?
In another thread you say you've got a job?
    Are congradulations in order?
Both a senior member and a job in the same day? LoL :)
I have always told people that this is a lucky website!
    All the best!

I work for www.boeing.com , I was injuried in FEB with a herniated disc, 8mm, and have been on insurance $ since. Currently my chief complaint is blood clots keeping me from surgery that I would LOVE to have ASAP. Sorry about the confusion?

    workers comp.

Workers compensation varies from state to state. In many states if you cannot return to your previous employment due to the work related injury, reasonable efforts must be made to provide you with retraining to work again, if necessary.
There are often several points of dispute.
Do transferable skills exist to obtain equivalent work?
When has the end point of recovery occured?
What work can be retrained for which is comparable?
How how much retraining is needed to attain equivalent work?
    The order of preference for returning to work is usually something like;
    a. return to the old job
    b. return to the old job with appropriate adaptions modifications.
    c. return to an equivalent job in the company based on transferable skills.
    d. train for an equivalent job in the company
    e. train for an equivalent job out of the company
Odd statistic from my old job. I seem to remember that smokers recovered more slowly from back injuries than non-smokers. In general the sooner you get someone back to work in the company, even with temporary assignments, the less likely for other problems. However, I could never figure out if that is in part based on the level of the original injury.

Now they admit that Bruce (?) works for the company that did the web hosting for Summit and he "accidently" reused the exact same ip address. Interesting coincendance.

    my "job"

I install interiors in the upper deck of 747's in Everett, WA. My obvious re-training route would be avionics because of my F.C.C. and fiber optic licenses. Currently there is no end in site except I have to get them to believe they have to continue paying me benifits at the end of August.
