Does anyone have any suggestions for online undergrad real estate courses offered for credit by an RA school? I'm not looking to get admitted into a degree seeking program. I just want to take a real estate course or two. Thanks.
The Virginia Community College System offers a bunch of real estate courses. I can't speak for their quality, as I've never taken them. I did an online real estate course through the Alpha College of Real Estate and it was horrible. I ended up quitting. I think the same course offered at a community college would be much better. Check out the link www.vccs.edu Just go to "online" and search for real estate. Keep in mind you will have to pay out of state tuition if you're not a Virginian. -Matt
I believe all of the real estate courses offered by Sierra College (Rocklin, CA) are available online, and are apparently of high quality.
UCLA's extension department offers online real estate courses and certificates. The cost is in the $500ish/course range. https://www.uclaextension.edu/r/Default.aspx
Here is a better link: https://www.uclaextension.edu/r/BrowseCourses.aspx And then select business and finance under the field of study then select real estate. If the course is offered online, it will be mentioned right next to the course title. The cost is $550 per course.
UF offers an online real estate licensing course for only $295. I don't think it is for credit however. http://realestate.dce.ufl.edu/index.html
Try Waubonsee Community college http://www.waubonsee.edu/schedules/schedule.php?SubjectMenu=ONLINE&submit=Search&Term=200930 scroll down the page and you will find the real estate courses for this summer via distance learning. Tuition is cheap at less than USD90 per credit. Open to international student. Hope you got what you need here.
Coastline Community College in California has two eight week courses this Summer. They offer more classes fall and spring. https://bannerss.cccd.edu:4450/pls/PROD/pw_pub_sched.p_listthislist or http://dl.coastline.edu/ Cost is around $20/semester unit for California residents. Cost is higher for non-residents.
