I looked into this program late last year.

It appears that if you are able to transfer in the 30 hours from other graduate level work, the program is $20,625 (assuming 15 hours for dissertation and not counting residency costs). Residencies are 3 weeks per year and the school says that the program is NOT (their emphasis) a Distance Learning program.

It looks like a good program...but be sure you recognize that the school was started by the Church of God and tries to "encourage an active approach to the integration of Christian values/faith into the business classroom (quote from: http://www.anderson.edu/falls/dba/index.html).

As long as potential students are aware of the Christian aspect of the program it looks like a decent program.

But writing a dissertation is just like distance learning...

It's more like independent study, which I don't see as exactly the same thing.

I agree; it is not exactly the same thing, but the lack of face time in the dissertation phase is common even in brick and mortar programs.

Does anyone have any experience with this program or know of the quality?

I am wondering how brutal the sessions are on campus? My wife will be traveling with me, not sure how much time I will have in the evenings.

We have LOTS of friends in that area, and I am a COG-Anderson, PK and used to go to Anderson every summer for the national conference!!

I am VERY excited to see this program, I was really looking at other schools, but I have such a HUGE tie to Anderson!

    1. Good program. I've looked at it myself a few times.
    2. As others have stated the Christian worldview is something that is either a pro or a con depending on your preferences.
    3. Accreditation is ACBSP. This is a problem. Not to all though, just be advised.
