Hello. I got a friend who is thinking of enrolling in Liberty University. Anyone have any experiences to share about Liberty? I checked out there website. They revamped it the last time I checked it out. They also don't do proctored exams anymore.
Liberty was one of the trailblazers in DL, they've been involved with it for years. As long as you (or your friend) are comfortable with their conservative Christian philosophy (and Chancellor Jerry Falwell), I think they're an excellent choice.
Indeed. I was pleased with my time at Liberty, except for the newsletters Dr. Falwell sent me every week, which were not only conservative but also quite politically partisan.
I was accepted into their DL MBA program but decided not to enroll. The advisors were very helpful, but it just didn't seem to be a good fit for me. The program is not accredited by any professional agencies, plus I was told that if I had to drop a course even one day after the start date, I would still be charged the full amount.
