    I was active on this forum (and another, now defunct one, DegreeDiscussion, with many of the same people) in the early aughts, when I was working on my own distance Associates (TESC) and Bachelors (COSC) degrees. I completed a modular M.Div. in Asia, where I was living at the time, and a brick-and-mortar Ph.D., and have taught in higher education, both live and distance, for the past 12 years.
