In regards to your post about your school looking for partner universities. In South Korea where I currently work, I know a number of educational programs and technical schools which have worked out agreements with community colleges from various areas in the states. My old school Missouri Southern State University used to pride itself on its international partnerships with universities all over the world and its global outreach program. It has an extensive student trade in place sixteen years ago. Not sure if it helps, but just a few things that came to mind.
