Hello. I just found this thread about David Chang. I live in S.F. hired him to write a business plan and paid him 700. He produced 1 page of 10+. SFPD wont file the complaint because all he did was violate a verbal contract since he produced a couple of paragraphs. I would like to be in contact with as many people affected by him to see what verifiable information we can get about this loser. Ultimately I would like to hire a private investigator to locate him so we can subpoena him. If we can collectively do that then all of us can take him to small claims otherwise we are SOL. Please contact me and lets see how we can go about getting this guy.
