Okay, so what are all of the schools that we can think of that meet these requirements: * Master's degree or Doctoral degree (or both) in History, Government, or Economics (that is available entirely or mostly online with no or minimal campus visits); * Regionally accredited (no DETC or state-accredited unless in addition to RA); * Is based in the United States; and * Accepts some transfer credit in either program. Extra brownie points if you find schools that have a cost that would not choke a horse and/or have WWII concentrations in their history programs. - twentyseven.

I realize that these two don't fit the original poster's specifications, but if any readers out there are okay with national accreditation, Harrison Middleton University www.chumsci.edu offers both an MA in Humanities and an MA in Social Sciences based on the Great Books of the Western World that can be tailored to one's interests in history, political science, and economics (as well as a self-designed Great Books DA program and an EdD program that focuses on the history, philosophy, and politics of education) and Yorktown University offers an MA in Government that is based on the writing of the Founding Fathers; both are accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council.
Yes, but I duly noted at the beginning of post 6 that I was aware that, being NA, neither Yorktown nor HMU would meet the OP's specifications, but that it was for the benefit of potential future readers for whom NA might be acceptable.
We seem to be looking for a similar program. One option may be AMU’s Political Science program. The Policy Studies option offers several economics courses. These offerings, combined with a liberal transfer policy, might allow one to craft a unique poly sci/econ degree. If memory serves me, the London External program has some econ courses (degrees) as well.
I sounds like the Western New Mexico University masters (noted elsewhere in this thread) will meet your needs: http://www.wnmu.edu/VirtualCampus/InterdisciplinaryMasters.htm
