Updated alert FAQ on Greenwich issued by DEST

I note that DEST has now put up a dedicated FAQ on Greenwich... see http://www.dest.gov.au/highered/quality/greenwich.htm

The statement 'It authorises itself to award degrees in its company objects' will no doubt have to be changed once (if??) it receives approval from the BPVE.
