University of Portsmouth DL programs

OK, here's another set of British Master of Science degree programs offered through DL, this time from the University of Portsmouth:
Applied Psychology (learning disabilities)
Child Forensic Studies
Criminal Justice
Electrontic Commerce
International Police Science
Police Science and Mgmt.
Strategic Quality Mgmt.
and a few others. Also, they offer a Bachelors degree program in Computer Science but I guess that these days that's not very uncommon. You can find these at:

None of these are listed in BG14 (sorry John, I haven't sprung for #15 yet) and I'd be surprised to discover that they're in the degreeinfo database (I didn't check). My point (again) is that there are programs out there that are not commonly cited. People shouldn't rely exclusively on the major listings, especially if you're having trouble finding a program that's a good fit for your needs. Bears Guide is THE place to start and most people will find what they're seeking. Others may need to look further afield.

Hello and thanks for the posting on the University of Portmouth. My daughter just printed an application for the Combined Studies MA/MSC. It could possibly work out for her. If I have absorbed the content of the information correctly they will accept RA graduate credits and work with her on project goals. The sticking point may be getting a mentor at her company but I imagine it has been done before. Again, thanks. Hille
