This one was forwarded on to me. It puts the Australian spoof site the shame: http://www.universityofnigeria.com/check.htm Cheers, George
It's unfortunate that say "Nigeria" and all most people can think about is 419 scammers, as though that's the basis of a country with what, half the population of the U.S.? It reminds me of when people were saying "Wow, I sure wouldn't go to Aruba!" after that stupid American girl got killed there when she got drunk and went off with a bunch of guys she didn't know. I mean, if she'd disappeared in Miami she wouldn't even have made local news. -=Steve=-
not to mention Nobelist Wole Soyinka, etc., etc. Thanks, Steve. With some family from around Port Harcourt, not to mention several esteemed colleagues here at degreeinfo--the redoubtable Dr Ike and Cehi come to mind, but there are others as well, and being in eucharistic fellowship with two doctrinally impeccable Nigerian synods, I can't consent to Nigeria being reduced to 419ers either.
