sugar chili

A co-worker of mine took me out for some chili dogs at lunch one day. I had never been to Skyline Chili so it was something unusual.

I took a few bites of the dog and gag. The chili was cinnamony sweet and I couldn't stand more than a few bites. He is from Cincy so I guess they are used to it over there...on spaghetti and on hotdogs. Over in central Illinois they make Chili with sugar in it...quite a bit. But come to think of it they make spaghetti sauce sort of sweet. A regional thing for sure.

So, is Union taking on doctoral applicants? It's fuzzy to me at this point.
