OK, that trumps the cause celebre a few years ago where the huge sign atop a tall poll in Montreal for BILL'S had to be changed to BILLS at considerable expense because the French don't use apostrophes in this way.
What truly drives the language police nuts are American companies because their trademarks are protected by international agreement. I wonder if any other jurisdiction in the world, other than those bent on ethnic cleansing, have language police?

If the U.S. law makers ever pass legislation for the country to become bilingual(English/Spanish), the cost to the average business owner will be staggering.
