    Andy,

    Great news and I wholeheartedly concur with your comments. My NSU doctorate has served me very well with 16 years if IT industry experience, authorship, and growth in a Forune 100 company too. Currently, I am being seriosly considered for a tenure track position at an RA institution and am going to be giving it serious consideration. It would be a pay cut to go into fulltime education but I am going to see what materializes and if it will work out.
