Does anyone have any info as to what's happening with this school? Their website still lists RA candidacy...I was just curious as to whether anyone had heard anything, positive or negative, about their chances of making it. Pug
I'm not sure of their status, either. They have been advertising that they are waiting for approval from the North Central Association for some time. I do know that the process is a long process, perhaps years from initual approval as a candidate to being accepted as a member...
Trinity became a candidate institution in February 2004. The candidacy process (which understandably isn’t the most public process) in the NCACS takes four years to complete. One down, at least three to go.
My understanding is that the candidacy process could take as little as two years but up to four years. Am I mistaken? Also, if a school wasn't going to make it, would it be known prior to the end of the candidacy period? Or is it a big mystery until the last day? Pug
To pugbelly, greetings, I talked to one of my Academic Adivsors earlier today about Trinity's status concerning RA, and he told me that Trinity is up for an on-site inspection by North Central Association in May of 2006, in which they hope to be fully Regionally accredited! That would be a good thing for me. But, as the saying goes, when we see it, thats when we all can believe it! Rich Hartel A.A. in Theological Studies, Trinity College of the Bible (present)
Re: Re: Trinity College of the Bible Rich, What do you think of Trinity's courses so far? I sent you a PM. Pug
