The Daily Iowan for January 24 has a follow-up story to their expose, last year, of a senior university staff member who listed five fake degrees on her resume, including two doctorates -- and had used them professionally for more than ten years, including getting a major postdoctoral grant from the National Institutes of Health.

She faces up to 12 years in prison and one in jail on the degree charges, plus additional time for grand theft (She was also reimbursed for $53,000 in false car expenses over a 20-month period.)
