The program you requested information on : post graduate diploma in management studies (DMS) is actually awarded by BTEC/EdExcel - http://www.edexcel.org.uk/home/

The course is merely conducted at the college which is a legitimate private school. BTEC/EdExcel is an approved/recognised body and to my knowledge, their DMS qualification does gain entry onto MBA programs at accredited universities in the Uk.

Well I am also on a point where I have got to take decision in a week's time so I can enroll into the program and have the visa formalities going. My ONLY concern was that I DONT really want to spend close to 5000 Pounds for a non-accredited (and hence non recognized) degree. I also noticed a bit of mud-slashing going on between two of the posters with each other in this thread which is dis-heartening. It appears that there is a lot of due-deligence to be done by me before I actually enroll for the program starting from Febuary
