Dude, don't you have a counselor that would be better suited to answer your questions?

Actually while TESC is receptive to Exam credit, their counselor's are notoriously poor at advising students on the most expeditious methids to achieve this.

    JstNd1more, a couple of suggestions....

ALEKS (several options such as College Algebra or Statistics for just $20/month) or CLEP College Math for your Natural Sciences the CLEP is 6 credits so three of those would apply to your gen ed electives. the DSST Astronomy would be a good choice too.

Social Sciences: there is an exam that completes the Cultural Requirement (human cultural geography maybe? DSST? I forget what it's called). The sociology CLEP will work for the other and should be easy to get up to speed on as it borrows a great deal form the Psych class you took. Consider the human growth and development DSST or CLEP for the same reason....and taking bot Soc and HGD you would grab another Gen ed....so consider both....lots of overlap in the studying.

For the balance of Gen Ed's I would take the 6 credit Analyzing and Interpreting Literature...widely considered the easiest CLEP in existance. It's essentially reading comprehension.

You can research the rest on the TESC website, they list each exam and the credit awarded.
    DANTES
    CLEP - College-Level Exam Program

freeclepprep.com lists every exam by difficulty and offers up free study resources.

I don't know of a place that offers exams for any of the core....always wondered what Penn Foster, CSU-Pueblo, and University of Idaho offered that might fit for a class or two. but really it wouldn't significantly reduce the cost.

    Best,
    Reb
