So is a Master of Science in Management a "Business" Degree?

    I guess it all depends on course content. If an MSc in Management has the same content as an MBA, then I think they are the same qualification with different titles.

    As far as "business schools" are concerned. Some of the best "business schools" are called something as such:

    University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management

    University of Ottawa - School of Management

    Yale University - School of Management

    Boston University - School of Management

    Cranfield University - School of Management

    MIT - Sloan School of Management

    Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management

    .............

    To name a few.


    So, as you can see many "business schools" are not even called business schools. They are Schools of Management, and I personally think it is a more progressive title.
