'Roy Tumak'? which degree mill does he own anyway?

Just out of curiosity, anyone have any idea who is the clown that keeps monopolizing the original distance learning education nsg in google? Useless forum these days, with barely a handful of participants.

I'm guessing that he must either own a degree mill or a state licensed /state approved school. If so, which?

I believe people who have looked into these things more deeply than I have suggested the answer may be Earlscroft University.

 

I thought Roy was just one of my special degreeinfo friends when he goes off his meds and assumes another personality.

If Tumak is a real surname it is very rare.

 

He describes himself as "an unemployed freak who uses a pay-as-you-go ISP, from Vancouver". http://www.whitepages.com finds 2 people with the surname "Tumak" in British Columbia, but no Roy. There are 12 Tumaks in Manitoba, including an "R G Tumak".

"Tumak" is also a Vulcan name.
