    ACTUALLY, in most jurisdictions, one is not permitted to name a particular amount in a tort complaint.

    One would think that a J.D., even with a "theologian's degree" (what the hell IS that?) would know that.

    And it's not so simple anyway...he'd have to show actual harm to his reputation...

    And if the suit proved to be baseless, as this one surely would, he'd be stuck with the defendant's fees and costs...

    What does the donkey say? "Sue me! Sue me! Oh, sue ME!!"
