Planning to withdraw from CCHS

I'm really frusterated with CCHS. I'm taking a master's level course and have submitted all of my work, yet they refused my request to take the final because THEY haven't yet graded my projects. I'm scheduled for surgery on my right hand early in February, so I really need to take the final while I'm able to write.

Has anyone ever earned a masters from this school? At this rate, I'll never graduate from this school, so I'm planning to withdraw and enroll in the state university because I will probably earn my MS earlier.
