National University was Non Traditional B&M university. It started with campus in San Diego, later added Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley campuses.
They since added DL to their methods of delivery of education.

Many adult students who studied for Teaching credentials or Psychology graduates loved the format of One class per month.

Some who had more time on their hands took two classes a month.
This means you do a lot of work in one month, you have mid term paper and exams in about two weeks after the class begins.

This accelerated format once was viewed as very non traditional when compared to semester for mat at state universities etc.

    So yes they are B&M.

  2. So sorry, I wasn't referring to your spelling and grammar in my post. I was referring to the atrocious english skills exhibited by those who post the extremely negative reviews for online schools on the online degree review BB's. I was not referring to anyone on this BB. We all make a typo or two here and there.

Butt, I think my englush is gettn much gooder! :)

The truth is NU was viewed like UOP is today, they had a 1 course per month format and UOP was not doing business in California back in those days. Today NU is looked at as a much smaller player.

My take - in Education or Psychology its a plus (look at the stats)

    other fields it's a negitive

Old fact: NU was a leader in SAFETY MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING in the 70's

Whatever degree you go for, it's important for you to believe in it. Your perception is extremely important to your satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Perceptions are willy nilly anyways.

One of the greatest things I have read when dealing with the internal debate of B&M vs. Strictly online, Very well said and so true.
